Who is responsible
This website is operated by the owner of Roofers Swindon ("we"). It is run by the site operator, who you can contact using the contact form.
What we collect
When you use the form or call us, we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you need and any message you include. If you call, the call may be recorded. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We use your details to pass your enquiry to one independent local roofing business so they can contact you, and to check enquiries are handled properly. Our legal basis under UK GDPR is your request (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in running a referral service.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with one roofing business covering your area, and with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, form handling, call tracking). We do not sell your details to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by sending a request through the contact form. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
